Remastered by Bob Ludwig at Gateway Mastering and overseen by executive producer Greg Fidelman.

The standard album is remastered by Bob Ludwig at Gateway Mastering and all other content is remastered by Reuben Cohen at Lurssen Mastering. All content was overseen by executive producer Greg Fidelman.
