It has been a long, bumpy road for Eminem and Royce da 5’9″, but they are friends again and rapping together as a 1-2 double punch outfit known as Bad Meets Evil. “Hell: The Sequel” is their long-awaited first complete album. This original pressing of it was released in 2011. The two men work well together. Em ups Royce’s lyricism, and Royce pushes Eminem out of the pop rap trap he’d fallen into. The album works, and it topped the famed Billboard 200 chart in 2011, staying there into 2012. The record is best known for its hit “Lighters.” The other 8 tracks include “Welcome 2 Hell,” “Fast Lane,” “The Reunion,” “Above the Law,” “I’m On Everything,” “A Kiss,” “Take from Me” and “Loud Noises.”
