Jethro Tull are a progressive rock band led by multi-instrumentalist frontman Ian Anderson, famed for his flute playing. In a career spanning more than 40 years they have sold in excess of 60 million albums worldwide. Benefit, is Jethro Tulls third album, first released in April 1970 it is one of their best known albums alongside the likes of Aqualung and Thick as a Brick.
