Childish Gambino is the alter ego of famed actor, singer, writer, producer, comedian and expert shoe repairer Donald Glover. ‘Kauai’ was his 2014 era ‘mixtape’ EP which saw him begin to explore the netherworlds of romance and passion by way of lo-fi hip-hop, R&B and electronica. A sure sign of what was to come later.
