In my first few years of becoming a serious guitarist and music lover, Johns band, The Lovin Spoonful was a huge influence on me, and I was also inspired and turned on by the great playing of Zal Yanovsky, who was lead guitarist! John Sebastian is one of the great American singers and songwriters, and its an honor to work with him!
