Released in 2017, Seekers and Finders is the seventh studio album from Gogol Bordello — the New York-based gypsy punk collective led by Ukrainian-born frontman Eugene Hütz. Known for their relentless live energy and genre-defying blend of punk, folk, Eastern European music and cabaret, the band arrive here with one of their most focused and emotionally direct records.
Recorded partly in Ukraine and reflecting on themes of displacement, identity and belonging, the album carries a personal weight that runs beneath the characteristic exuberance.
